Monthly pet rent $35 for 1 pet and $50 for 2.
How do I pay my rent?
The Packard Motor Car Building offers a convenient on-the-go service with our Resident Portal that allows you to complete many requests online like rent payment and service requests. Additionally, checks can be delivered to the management office.
What kind of parking is available?
The Packard Motor Car Building offers convenient on-site attached indoor garage parking. There is an additional fee of $225/mo.
What unit types or floor plans do you offer?
You’ll find studio, 1-, and 2-bedroom floor plans at The Packard Motor Car Building apartments in Philadelphia. Studio units offer up to 525 sq ft of space, 1-bedroom units range in size from 675 to 1,010 sq ft, while 2-bedroom models are 1,040 to 3,000 sq ft. Some of our bi-level and flat layouts do offer dens.
